Responsibilities and competencies:

  • The Human Resources Office pursues the implementation of the contract entered into between the Reald UC and the academic and administrative / support staff.
  • The office collects, arranges and updates the personal file of each member of the academic and administrative staff, which contains the employment or service contract, its accompanying documents under the law, as well as any other documents related to the qualification and performance of individual performance at work.
  • It is responsible for ensuring legality at work.
  • It evaluates and reports to the Rector of the College on the status of fulfillment of contract provisions by each member of the academic and administrative / support staff.
  • Participates in the performance evaluation of each member of the academic and administrative staff.
  • Receives, records and distributes official internal and external correspondence at RUC.
  • Registers in the correspondence register every document, letter and other official act held by the signature of the relevant managing authority before being sent to the destination, at home or abroad.
  • Makes the archiving of documents, applying the rules set out correctly
