Responsibilities and competencies:

The Finance Office deals with the implementation of the economic and financial policies of Reald University College (RUC). It has the following responsibilities:

  1. Organizes and directs the work on RUC’s economic and financial affairs, in accordance with the legal and sub-legal provisions and founding acts of the company.
  2. Maintains complete and accurate income and expense documentation, by service type, or by item of expenditure, making monthly and / or periodic summaries and reports of various indicators.
  3. Elaborates and reports on summary financial indicators and investments made by RUC.
  4. Performs computerized records of financial and banking documents according to established and approved programs.
  5. Maintains and manages the accounting and financial documents of the company and reports to the fiscal authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Organizes accounting and reports periodically to the Administrator / Rector the financial reports necessary for financial management
