Abstract

Alcohol is a psychoactive substance that can damage the motor capabilities and judgment. A large number of accidents are related to alcohol, alcohol abuse also becomes the cause of disturbances in family life, social, economic and reducing living standards. Besides alcohol, another form of criminality is also the unlawful trade of drugs or different drink drugs which is a complicated social phenomenon and manifests itself in different ways with negative actions; the society brings more harmful consequences. One of the forms of organized crime is the production, cultivation and sale, encouragement for use inside and outside of the country, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
