Abstract
Scientific findings in the field of intelligence and cognitive development, always evolving. Important not only mental skills with which man comes to life, but how we use and how we develop them. Mental functions “basics”, such as innate intelligence, are part of the genetic gift, culture and education translate into higher functions, such as speaking and writing. Through the use of language children take control of their thinking and derive meaning from the world. Affirmation of the child’s personality and development of each child’s individuality should be carried out through the integration of its network of social relations collective childhood. In an educational group, among children, there are many differences p. sh. : thinking, attitudes, skills, different modes of expression, etc. However, these differences should not be destroyed and left in limbo by the teacher, but must work to farm them, so that living together in the garden becomes more rich and varied, because these properties back to value education by was completed and perfected over time. Thus, children begin to learn tolerance and to respect the opinions of others and skills. To develop the best possible relations in the group, the teacher must cultivate sincerity among children. And this is a very important moment for other forming intellectual education to preschoolers. The teacher is obliged to show sincere in different situations during the group activity, it should never deceive or lie to children, in order to appease them. It should teach children that they mutually respect the wishes, wills and their needs.
