Abstract
The need for communication and human ratio is among the most vital needs of preschool children. Language and speech plays a very important role when children begin to come into the garden. Namely, through speaking, to child begins to form and grow its ability to regulate the information in a more developed level than before. The teacher’s task in the garden is to develop skills of preschool children for all kinds of communication. The development of speech as a fundamental means of communication for children, helps them to express themselves and bring out their ideas and intellectual formation. The teacher must have developed the culture of speech. During the talks, storytelling, reading and reciting it must be careful when articulating words, give proper intonation of phrases and pay attention to the technique of breathing during speech. It is very important mode of communication of the teacher with the children asking questions and waiting for answers children.
