Abstract

People with poor mental training are likely to benefit as much on non-enforcement of rules. In secondary education now faced with more than problematic students, who will be difficult to label students. In vocational schools are more liberal than can be justified. Teachers are staying in an indifferent position in the implementation of rules and regulations, which are normative element of their work provided by the law of Undergraduate Education. Students not confronted with difficult legal norms institutions, even when carrying out serious disciplinary breach. Weak natural flows affect teaching. Poor economic situation nowadays keeps students frustrated. Students hard not ever correct their behavior if they do not see a teacher with evidence and facts that he loves and serves in the best way possible. This is because they experience all the time of being inferior complex. These students when calling loving, warm words and friendly, they may understand. Correcting and improving its behavior and is easier to do in an environment where they feel freer than it is censored in schools. If you can correct student behavior prototype, facilitate educational work with others. Care must be taken when communicating to maintaining professional competence, because it can quite easily hijacked because of familiarizing.
