Abstract
Traumatic brain injuries are a major cause of death and disability in the world. The management of these traumas requires multidisciplinary collaboration to prevent secondary damages and to improve patient conditions. The study is focused on primary treatment in emergency department on in intensive care. Also are emphasized the main causes of these injuries, the consequences and the rehabilitation process. This study evaluates the planning and implementation of nursing care in the treatment of cranio-cerebral traumas. Purpose of the study: Evaluation of Nursing Management and early treatment of patients with cranio-cerebral trauma with the aim of improving nursing procedures. The objectives of study: To evaluate early treatment; To evaluate diagnostic procedures, to evaluate nursing care, to evaluate the determine factors of these traumas, to evaluate the most frequent head traumas, to evaluate the problems during nursing care; To evaluate …. consequences. This is an observational study. The study included five patients with cranio-cerebral trauma. The datas were collected from nursing documents.
